"All In Allendale” brings community together

All In Allendale got the community together and engaged in STEM activities on Saturday, April 1. This event was brought by the ­Original Six Foundation, a non-profit working to improve educational opportunities by identifying and filling gaps through hands-on engagement and resources. The Allendale-Fairfax High School cheerleading squad and band performed and read to children. Allendale-Fairfax students were able to visit each booth to participate in a STEM based activity and complete a worksheet provided by the school to win prizes. Between learning about airplanes with Boeing and planting seeds with the Veggie Cupboard Community Garden & Greenhouse, fun was had by all at All In Allendale.
